Office Assistant 

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Office Assistant for our client in Downtown Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a full time, contract opportunity for the team. 

This position will be focused on all aspects of the front office including welcoming visitors, phone and email correspondence, filing and scanning documents, and other clerical duties. This position will also be in charge of inventory of supplies for the office and must maintain a clean working space for the organization. 

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years office administrative experience 
  • Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and able to learn other software systems 
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to work well independently and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day with little to no guidance


Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
