We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support administrative, financial, and people-focused activities. This role serves as the backbone of the organization, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external partners.

  • Oversee administrative processes including scheduling, records management, and office communications.

  • Support accounting functions such as invoicing, expense reports, payroll coordination, and basic bookkeeping.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee records.

  • Maintain policies, procedures, and office documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an office manager, administrative manager, or senior administrative role.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with office management or accounting software a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to light accounting, HR support, or facilities management.

  • Experience supporting leadership teams or small-to-mid-sized organizations.

  • Process improvement or operational coordination experience.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
