LHH is partnered with a local tech company to recruit for an Office Manager in San Francisco, CA.

Office Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days onsite

Compensation: $30 to $40 (depending on experience)
Contract: 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and functional space

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related requests and issues

  • Order, stock, and maintain office supplies

  • Coordinate deliveries, receiving, unpacking, and recycling

  • Coordinate janitorial, facilities, and food vendors

  • Build strong relationships with vendors and building management

  • Maintain kitchens, snack areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces

  • Manage room bookings and meeting space setup

  • Submit and track facilities requests and resolve onsite issues

  • Track service schedules and quality of delivery

  • Escalate and resolve service issues as needed

  • Partner on building updates, operations, and compliance

  • Support office events, socials, and celebrations

  • Communicate office updates, events, and operational changes

  • Support seasonal and cultural moments

  • Assist with food and beverage programs

  • Help foster an inclusive, engaging office environment

  • Greet and support office guests and visitors

  • Coordinate visitor access and logistics

  • Conduct office tours for new hires and visitors

  • Partner with Workplace and People Ops teams

  • Contribute to improving workplace processes and playbooks

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
