LHH is actively seeking an Operations Analyst for one of our top Tech Clients! This will be a long term contract opportunity with our client and will work hybrid to their office in Indianapolis.

We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Analyst to support global expansion and transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient operations as the organization enters new markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, and Benefits—to drive execution, governance, and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

  • Support planning and execution of global expansion and transformation programs aligned with enterprise strategy

  • Contribute to scalable frameworks and governance models for launching in new markets

  • Partner with leadership to develop business cases, define success metrics, and articulate program objectives

Program Management & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate readiness across functions such as HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Benefits, and IT

  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program health

  • Assist in building project roadmaps, execution plans, and governance structures

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to measure program success

  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to leadership

  • Deliver regular updates, performance reports, and executive summaries

  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and impact analysis

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency

  • Develop standardized tools, templates, and frameworks

  • Recommend automation and technology solutions to streamline operations

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders and program sponsors

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and executive communications

  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance requirements

  • Support steering committees and governance forums

  • Track key decisions, risks, and program outcomes


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project or program management, ideally within transformation or global expansion

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global environments

  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, HR, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or transformation

  • Experience supporting global HR, Payroll, or enterprise transformation initiatives

  • Knowledge of global compliance and operational readiness

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Workday

  • Exposure to process improvement or change management methodologies

Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
