- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- $27/hour
- Opportunity for increase upon conversion to permanent
- Coordinate scheduling and match workers to job assignments
- Manage high call volume, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Maintain records, schedules, and operational documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare reports, letters, and administrative paperwork
- Track and verify information for accuracy and compliance
- Follow up on outstanding items and resolve discrepancies
- Experience in operations, scheduling, dispatch, staffing, or administrative coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a highly interactive, people-facing role
- Background in construction, logistics, or workforce coordination environments
- Stable, long-term opportunity with strong retention
