LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for an Operations Support Specialist in Oakdale, CA.

Operations Support Specialist (Office Admin)

Location: Oakdale, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Starting 7/13: 6 days/week (Sun–Fri or Mon–Sat)

Assignment Duration: 6/22/2026 – 11/6/2026

 

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to support daily administrative and operational functions within a fast-paced environment. This role focuses heavily on purchasing, inventory, and data accuracy while partnering with multiple departments across operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review invoices, receiving paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracy

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors

  • Support procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room operations

  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders

  • Monitor and track delivery of goods and services

  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits

  • Communicate purchase order status and support order closures

  • Process administrative paperwork accurately and timely

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, finance, and procurement teams

  • Assist with process improvements and additional projects as needed

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 0–3 years of administrative, operations, or inventory-related experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP is a plus

  • Basic to intermediate math skills

 



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
