Operations Support Specialist (Office Admin)
Location: Oakdale, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting 7/13: 6 days/week (Sun–Fri or Mon–Sat)
Assignment Duration: 6/22/2026 – 11/6/2026
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to support daily administrative and operational functions within a fast-paced environment. This role focuses heavily on purchasing, inventory, and data accuracy while partnering with multiple departments across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review invoices, receiving paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracy
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
Support procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room operations
Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Monitor and track delivery of goods and services
Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits
Communicate purchase order status and support order closures
Process administrative paperwork accurately and timely
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, finance, and procurement teams
Assist with process improvements and additional projects as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
0–3 years of administrative, operations, or inventory-related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP is a plus
Basic to intermediate math skills
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
