Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Entry Specialist to join our team in East Brunswick, NJ. This is a 100% onsite, temporary contract role ideal for someone with strong SAP experience and a background in order processing. The anticipated pay range is between $24-$26/hr. depending on experience. Associate Benefits language to include on Temp and Temp-to-Hire postings:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into SAP and ensure timely processing.
• Review and verify order details for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies.
• Monitor order status and proactively address delays or issues.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Provide support to the customer service and sales teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in order entry or data processing roles.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
