Overnight Resident Monitor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Overnight Resident Monitor for our nonprofit client located in Downtown San Diego. This position will be 100% onsite and an overnight schedule, weekend schedule. 

This role will be a support position for staff and residents within an interim housing location, helping with administrative duties, room/wellness checks, and assisting in de-escalation and safety checks throughout the shift. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, mental health, and/or substance abuse ailments.

Requirements 
  •  High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year working with individuals experiencing homelessness 
  • Must be proficient working with Microsoft Office
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Compassion and empathy for others 
  • Can work well in high-pressure situations and de-escalate as needed 
  • Can multitask and prioritize different duties 
  • Able to work well with multiple software systems 


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
