Overnight Resident Monitor
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Overnight Resident Monitor for our nonprofit client located in Downtown San Diego. This position will be 100% onsite and an overnight schedule, weekend schedule.
This role will be a support position for staff and residents within an interim housing location, helping with administrative duties, room/wellness checks, and assisting in de-escalation and safety checks throughout the shift. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, mental health, and/or substance abuse ailments.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Must be proficient working with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Compassion and empathy for others
- Can work well in high-pressure situations and de-escalate as needed
- Can multitask and prioritize different duties
- Able to work well with multiple software systems
