Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant
W2 Contract-to-Hire
Onsite in Atlanta, GA 30306
Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 DOE
 

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a thriving and growing law firm located in the heart of Atlanta’s historic Poncey-Highland and Virginia-Highland neighborhoods. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Paralegals, Senior Legal Assistants, or JDs who are not planning to sit for the bar and are seeking a stable, long-term role with a respected and growing firm. Because this role blends paralegal and administrative responsibilities, there is no minimum annual billing requirement.
 

Position Overview
This role supports active litigation matters and requires strong experience in Georgia and federal courts. The firm is open to contract-to-hire candidates who bring solid tenure and a team-oriented mindset.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials

  • Handle Georgia and federal e-filing with accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate trial preparation, exhibits, subpoenas, and witness files

  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court requirements

  • Communicate professionally with attorneys, courts, and internal teams

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Paralegal, Senior Legal Assistant, or JD (not seeking to sit for the bar)

  • 3+ years of experience with Georgia and federal e-filing required

  • 3+ years of trial preparation experience required

  • Solid tenure in most recent roles 

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and accustomed to fast-paced litigation work
