Job Summary:

LHH is currently recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a broad range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft standard court filings including Notices of Appearance, Motions, Subpoenas, and Stipulations

  • Assist in compiling and drafting legal documents such as discovery responses and affidavits

  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain medical, educational, and other relevant records

  • Organize and prepare exhibits and demonstrative materials for hearings and trials

  • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and public databases

  • Analyze and index medical and educational records for use in motion practice

  • Support attorneys in preparing witnesses for deposition and trial

  • Review and categorize documents for relevance and privilege

  • Analyze reports, records, and discovery responses for case development

  • Accurately record billable time in accordance with firm policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with several attorneys simultaneously

  • Experience handling document-intensive cases

  • Proficiency in LexisNexis or Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and KOFAX Professional

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
