Job Summary:
LHH is currently recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a broad range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft standard court filings including Notices of Appearance, Motions, Subpoenas, and Stipulations
Assist in compiling and drafting legal documents such as discovery responses and affidavits
Coordinate with vendors to obtain medical, educational, and other relevant records
Organize and prepare exhibits and demonstrative materials for hearings and trials
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and public databases
Analyze and index medical and educational records for use in motion practice
Support attorneys in preparing witnesses for deposition and trial
Review and categorize documents for relevance and privilege
Analyze reports, records, and discovery responses for case development
Accurately record billable time in accordance with firm policies
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with several attorneys simultaneously
Experience handling document-intensive cases
Proficiency in LexisNexis or Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and KOFAX Professional
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
