Junior Paralegal, SF (or DTLA)

Compensation: $85K - $100K DOE + billable incentive bonus
Location: San Francisco, CA (LA considered)
Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (consistent schedule)
Hours: 35-hour work week | Flexible start time (8:00–9:30 AM)

We are partnering with a growing law firm seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal to support an expanding Insurance Defense team.

Requirements / Skills

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience

  • Insurance defense experience preferred

  • Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including:

    • Case management and file organization

    • Drafting pleadings and discovery

    • Deposition and trial prep support

    • Medical record and billing summaries

  • State e-filing experience required; federal e-filing strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Stable work history preferred

Additional Details

  • Billable requirement: 1,200 hours + incentive bonus for exceeding

  • Paralegal certificate and degree not required
