Patient Access Representative in Flint, MI

LHH is assisting a healthcare provider in Flint in hiring for talented medical front office staff for their busy clinic. We are seeking individuals with 1 year of experience (or more) in medical scheduling, patient registration, medical reception, or related experience.

Summary:

  • Type of hire: Temp to Perm / Contract to Hire

  • Location: 100% onsite in Flint

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM

    • Earlier start and end times may occasionally be required based on clinic needs

  • Pay rate: $17/hour

Overview:

  • Responsibilities include greeting patients coming into clinic, checking patients in/out, collecting copays or other patient balances, updating patient demographics and performing insurance verification

  • Appointment scheduling, answering clinic phone calls

  • This is a clinic setting where you will be working with patients in-person

Qualifications: 1 or more years of experience in a Medical Front Office, Scheduling, or similar administrative role in a healthcare clinic/center. Must possess strong tenure in past employment.



Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
