We are partnering with a highly respected international organization seeking a Payroll Accountant to support payroll operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions. What You'll Do
Support end-to-end payroll processing for employees across the U.S. and international locations.
Coordinate with third-party payroll providers and in-country partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
Prepare payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reporting.
Reconcile payroll registers to the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
Process employee changes including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, bonuses, commissions, and benefit deductions.
Assist with payroll tax reporting, year-end processing, audits, and compliance activities.
Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors on payroll and benefits administration.
Support payroll system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of payroll administration experience.
Experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll.
Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour compliance, and payroll accounting.
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, Rippling, or similar platforms.
Strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
International payroll experience is highly preferred.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
