Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for flexibility and work-life balance? We are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll operations in a collaborative and employee-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process payroll accurately and on time

  • Maintain payroll records and employee data

  • Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, deductions, and tax-related entries

  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries

  • Reconcile payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Assist with audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous payroll processing experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently



Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
