LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Senior Payroll Specialist, for a permanent opportunity, in Richmond, Virginia.

Duties include:

  • Processing a multi-state payroll

  • Handle garnishments, shift differentials, and retro pay

  • Make payroll corrections and reconcile payroll data

  • Tax withholdings

  • Benefit deductions

  • Run payroll reports and audit payroll records

  • Must have ADP Workforce Now experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience

  • Able to handle a high-volume, multi-state payroll

  • Detailed oriented and analytical

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Streamline and reduce payroll processing time

  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office Suite

  • CPP certificiation preferred

Permanent Salary Range: $65K to $85K, based on experience
