Payroll Manager – Lead Payroll Operations with Impact

Strategic Scope: Lead payroll budgeting, reporting, and compliance—including SOX controls and audit readiness.
What You’ll Do:
Manage payroll operations, staff, and vendor relationships.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processes.
Ensure SOX compliance and oversee internal/external audits.
Administer HRIS and time tracking systems.
Reconcile payroll and benefits GL accounts and analyze accruals.
Monitor wage and hour laws and implement necessary changes.
Prepare reports, metrics, and tax filings.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field.
5+ years of payroll experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong GAAP knowledge; CPP certification is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
