LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Payroll Manager for one of our customers located in San Francisco, California. This position is hybrid and will be in-office 2 to 3 days a week! The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience managing the payroll processing and related activities. The payroll manager will manage and oversee the entire payroll process for the organization and supervise 2.  The role will collaborate with human resource, finance, and other departments  to gather and process payroll related information, manage and maintain the timecard system, respond to employee’s and manager inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant payroll experience
- Strong payroll professional with advanced knowledge in relevant payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements to ensure compliance
- Software experience with ADP is required
- Experienced working with a multi entity organization in multiple states
- Previous experience reviewing, collaborating, and implementing new payroll procedures and processes
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel – Advanced/Intermediate)
- Excellent communications (verbal & written)
- Detailed, reliable, analytical, and organized
- Team player, a go getter with a positive attitude, and gets the work done

Experience: 5 years of senior payroll experience (Payroll Manager, Senior Payroll Specialist, Payroll Supervisor)
