Payroll Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for a large corporation, including weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring tax and third-party payments are distributed timely. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of payroll experience and excellent attention to detail. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all payroll functions
· Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including recording hours and processing time records
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices
· Compile payroll statistics and monthly/quarterly payroll reports
· Ensure that payroll taxes and third-party payments are processed and paid accurately and timely
· Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting
· Act as liaison with other departments for resolution of payroll issues
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of payroll experience
· 3+ years of payroll management experience
· Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
· Multistate processing experience
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
· Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
· Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
