Payroll Specialist

We are hiring for a Payroll Specialist in Appleton, WI. This is an addition to the team and you would be processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations

• Perform reconciliations

• Provide reporting to leadership

• Respond to employee inquiries and participate in audits

Requirements:

• Two or more years of payroll processing experience

• Higher education desired but not required

• Software experience in ADP or Paychex

• Professional communication skills
