Payroll Administrator

This position will be responsible for supporting the payroll process for 1000+ employees throughout multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Candidates must have experience working on a large payroll platform (ADP,UKG, Oracle, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using Paycomm

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, deductions

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with payroll regulations.

  • Handle payroll customer service inquires from employees in the field as well as management across multiple facilities

  • Prepare and submit payroll reports (Excel- Vlookup & Pivot Tables highly preferred)  

  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams

  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and projects, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.

  • Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- advanced Excel fluency

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Salary $70-72,000/yr

Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office/ 2 WFH) – office is located in Williamson County- Cool Springs area

 

Hours: Monday- Friday (40/hrs/week), 7:30-4:30pm or 8:00am-5pm



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $71,000.00 per year
