Payroll Specialist

We are partnering with our client on their Payroll Specialist position that offers a path to permanent employment. This is a fully onsite role based in Cleveland, OH, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-state payroll environment.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for 400+ employees across multiple states
Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution using ADP systems
Handle hourly wage calculations, bonuses, and deductions
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience processing payroll for large employee groups
Proficiency with ADP payroll systems is helpful
Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH
Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
