LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Payroll Specialist Job in Central San Diego, CA for one of our clients. This Payroll Specialist opportunity requires a minimum of two years of payroll experience AND experience with ADP Workforce Now or Ultipro software specifically. 

 

Responsibilities for this Payroll Specialist job opportunity:

 

- Verify accuracy of payroll data – multistate; up to 800 employees

- Reconcile payroll hours/time-off requests/pay adjustments and manual checks

- Resolve payroll related issues in a timely fashion

- Review, check accuracy, and post related journal entries

 

Qualified Candidate Requirements:

 

- Minimum of two years of payroll experience

- Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now or Ultipro software

- Detail oriented and hard-working

- Ability to work independently and report to manager
