What You’ll Be Doing
- Process payroll accurately and on time using Workday
- Maintain employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Review timekeeping data, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
- Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Partner with HR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven payroll experience with Workday (required)
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a contract or high-volume payroll environment is a plus
