Payroll Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Payroll Specialist role open with our client in Tampa. This is a hybrid, contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Process biweekly, multi-state payroll
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll concerns or questions
- Handle payroll adjustments
Experience
- Minimum two to three years' payroll processing experience utilizing Oracle Cloud Payroll required
Skills/Knowledge
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of local and state tax laws
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field preferred
Pay Rate
- Negotiable based on experience
