LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Payroll Specialist role open with our client in Tampa. This is a hybrid, contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly, multi-state payroll
  • Maintain and document all payroll records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll concerns or questions
  • Handle payroll adjustments 

Experience

  • Minimum two to three years' payroll processing experience utilizing Oracle Cloud Payroll required

Skills/Knowledge

  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Knowledge of local and state tax laws
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field preferred

Pay Rate

  • Negotiable based on experience
