We’re looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with multi-state experience who can step in and keep payroll running smoothly and on time. This is a long-term contract role with a respected Tulsa employer.
What You’ll Do
Run biweekly or semi-monthly payroll with a high level of accuracy
Handle multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Review timecards, adjustments, taxes, and garnishments for accuracy
Ensure payroll stays compliant with all regulations
Resolve employee payroll questions quickly and professionally
Assist with reporting, audits, and year-end processes
Support system updates and process improvements
What You Bring
5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing, for over 400 employees
Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance
Experience with payroll systems
Strong Excel skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Professional handling of confidential information
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
