About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Phoenix, AZ to identify a skilled Practice Manager for a direct-hire, full-time position. This role will support either a neurology or primary care practice and is ideal for experienced healthcare leaders who thrive in onsite, hands-on management environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a medical practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Manage front and back office staff, including scheduling, performance, and training
  • Coordinate workflows, patient experience initiatives, and provider support
  • Monitor practice finances, productivity metrics, and operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Practice Manager or Office Manager in neurology or primary care
  • Strong leadership and staff management experience
  • Knowledge of medical office operations, billing workflows, and patient flow
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite, Monday–Friday
