Process Engineer

An established global manufacturer specializing in high-performance composite materials is seeking a Process Engineer to support advanced production operations at its Morgan Hill facility. This organization plays a critical role in supplying engineered materials used across aerospace, defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain consistent product quality in a continuous production environment

• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using structured methodologies such as RCCA, FMEA, and statistical process control

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute process improvements, capital projects, and new product introductions into production

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, training materials, and quality system requirements to ensure compliance and operational consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related discipline)

• Minimum of 5 + years of experience in aerospace, composites, or advanced manufacturing environments

• Experience in pre-preg for thermoset materials

• Strong background in process control, data analysis, and continuous improvement tools including Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred)

Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite) - **Relocation Assistance Available
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $95k – $130k base + 10% annual bonus
