An established global manufacturer specializing in high-performance composite materials is seeking a Process Engineer to support advanced production operations at its Morgan Hill facility. This organization plays a critical role in supplying engineered materials used across aerospace, defense.

Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain consistent product quality in a continuous production environment
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using structured methodologies such as RCCA, FMEA, and statistical process control
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute process improvements, capital projects, and new product introductions into production
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, training materials, and quality system requirements to ensure compliance and operational consistency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related discipline)
Minimum of 5 + years of experience in aerospace, composites, or advanced manufacturing environments
Experience in pre-preg for thermoset materials
Strong background in process control, data analysis, and continuous improvement tools including Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred)
Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite) - **Relocation Assistance Available
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $95k – $130k base + 10% annual bonus
