Program Customer Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Program Specialist to support and optimize complex supply chain programs. This role combines customer relationship management, logistics operations, technology, and problem-solving to ensure reliable service and successful program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through responsive, proactive communication.

• Monitor daily supply chain activity, identify risks, and resolve operational issues.

• Support customers and vendors using a cloud-based supply chain visibility platform.

• Analyze workflows, system activity, and data to identify root causes and practical solutions.

• Translate operational needs into system enhancements, reports, configurations, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with operations, technology, reporting, and customer strategy teams.

• Maintain accurate data, system configurations, documentation, and service standards.

• Provide user guidance, troubleshooting, training, and access support.

Preferred Experience:

• Supply chain visibility, freight forwarding, or logistics management systems.

• System configuration, user administration, or operational workflow design.

• Basic SQL, reporting, or data analysis.

• Supporting enterprise customers with complex supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in customer success, logistics, supply chain operations, third-party logistics, or a technology-enabled service environment.

• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

• Comfort working with operational systems, supply chain platforms, and data tools.

• Ability to turn customer and operational requirements into clear workflow or system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is welcomed; recent graduates with strong potential will be considered.

Permanent Salary Range: $70K to $85K, depending on experience

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
