Project Accountant

Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting multiple Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of payables throughout the southeastern US.

Responsibilities Include:

• Gather information such as risk mitigation compliance, bonds, insurance certificates, etc.

• Ensures weekly AP review

• Manage bank deposits

• Set up new customers and manage job contracts

• Reconcile expense reports

• Cost coding invoices

• Works closely with financial institution partners and vendors

• Takes ownership of projects to ensure high quality results

Qualifications:

• Construction accounting experience-required

• Minimum of 4+ years of recent construction accounting experience

• Experience in either Intacct, Procore, Foundation, Spectrum, Viewpoint, Textura, etc. is highly sought after

• Excel- Intermediate

Salaried Position ($65-75,000), Direct Hire

This is a hybrid position located in Nashville (west side), TN. M-F (40 hours/week) with flexibility on start/end times. *** 3 days onsite and 2 WFH ***
