Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track project documentation including sub contracts, COI, change orders, etc.

  • Ensure all contract-related documentation is complete and compliant

  • Support project reviews to confirm alignment with internal processes and requirements

  • Enter and manage purchase orders

  • Handle billing and invoicing for projects

  • Assist with equipment and material purchasing to support project execution

  • Support quotation preparation and follow up on procurement timelines

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain accurate project records

  • Provide administrative support across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting construction projects and field‑based teams

  • Strong background in project coordination, reporting, and compliance tracking

  • Comfortable working with field personnel, project managers, and leadership teams

  • Highly organized with strong follow‑up and communication skills

  • Proficient with project tracking systems and reporting tools

 

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Employment Type: Contract to hire 

  • Compensation: $28-32/hr.   

  • Location: Garland, TX 75042
