Project Coordinator

Location: Folsom, CA | Full‑Time

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator supports project teams by helping organize, track, and coordinate project activities from pursuit through execution. This role plays an important part in ensuring project information, documentation, schedules, and deliverables are accurate, compliant, and completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a deadline‑driven, team‑based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and organization of active projects, including schedules, deliverables, and documentation

  • Support project managers by tracking deadlines, milestones, and required materials

  • Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to gather project information and ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant

  • Review project requirements, scopes, and client documentation to support compliance with contractual and regulatory standards

  • Prepare, update, and maintain project descriptions, resumes, and supporting documentation as needed

  • Organize and maintain project files, templates, and shared resources (project records, resumes, graphics, reference materials, etc.)

  • Support systems for organizing and retrieving client, consultant, personnel, and project information

  • Assist with accurate data entry and maintenance within project tracking systems and databases

  • Help link project records with schedules, documentation, and reporting tools

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants or teaming partners

  • Participate in cross‑departmental efforts that support project delivery and organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Required, 3–5 years of experience providing project coordination, administrative, or operational support in the A/E/C industry

  • Familiarity with project workflows, documentation, and industry terminology

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience supporting document organization, formatting, or production in a professional setting

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
