Project Coordinator (Construction Service Administrative Assistant)

LHH is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience for a full-time opportunity in Scottsdale, Arizona. Do you like helping administratively in a construction or manufacturing setting or environment? Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining flow of documents, records, and reports 

  • Keep up with project status updates

  • Project planning

  • Working with various vendors to get certain documents or permits in place

  • Identifying project material requirements, preparing procurement schedules, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials to the construction site

  • Project Evaluation and overseeing field operations 

  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule 

  • Access and resolve high priority project risks

  • Allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors

  • Generate Purchase and Work Orders.

  • Budgeting project

  • Assist the team ensure project meets deadlines.

 

Skills:

- Excellent planning and management skills 

- Must effectively manage time and details 

- Purchase Order Experience is a plus

 

Qualifications:

- Must have at least one year of project coordination experience

- Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Contract-to-Hire/Direct-Hire options available as well.

Hourly pay between $25/hr - $35/hr depending on industry and years of experience.
