LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project Manager at our top tier banking client in Charlotte, NC. Qualified candidates will be acting as the primary point of contact and integration for operations across multiple projects and driving decision making across Technology, Sanctions Operations, and Global Financial Crimes.
Description:
Hybrid Schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 remote.
Shift- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
You will join a close-knit and industrious team of professionals in our GPO organization where you will be responsible for:
Establishing governance structure across key stakeholders in Financial Crime space
Driving decision making across Technology, Sanctions Operations, and Global Financial Crimes
Acting as the primary point of contact and integration for operations across multiple projects
Driving the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution; including requirements gathering, data mapping, project execution, integration and implementation
Managing the creation of Jira stories; ensuring the documentation from requirements to implementation meet the enterprise change standards maintaining traceability
Directing the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project
Managing the project scope, timeline and budget/expenses
Leading risk management and mitigation planning readiness, change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance
Implementing Artificial Intelligence capabilities to complement existing sanctions applications and operations processes
Ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfied
Minimum of 5 years of experience with projects, production support activities and/or operations
Cross functional with strong business analysis, problem solving, quality management and organization skills
Skilled in translating business requirements into technical requirements
Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work methodically to tight deadlines
Ability to perform to a high standard under pressure
Maturity to take accountability and ownership of procedures
Experience with large scale projects/project management
Executive reporting and presentation skills
