Property Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Property Accountant for a growing property management company, working a hybrid schedule, in Richmond, VA.

Duties include:

• Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations

• Financial Statements, Planning and Reporting

• Journal Entries

• Assist with month-end closing, year-end audit and tax reporting

• Monitor cash flow and accounts payable

• Forecasting

Qualificiations:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business

• 5+ years of property accounting experience

• Knowledge of Yardi or other property management software experience

Salary Range is $75K to $90K + bonus potential
