LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization in East Portland to hire a Provider Enrollment Specialist. This is a 100% onsite, full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. Our client is looking for someone who wants to make an impact and grow with their team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing provider enrollment and credentialing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements. You’ll play a key part in supporting provider readiness and ensuring there are no disruptions in eligibility or patient care access.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers
• Conduct primary source verification to ensure all provider information meets compliance standards
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing and enrollment applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records and documentation
• Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and other credentials to prevent lapses
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Respond to verification requests from external organizations in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams and providers to resolve credentialing-related issues
• Ensure all activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and with strict confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of medical credentialing experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance payers, including commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and comfort managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day

Details

• Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Location: Portland, OR 97214 - Onsite with potential to go Hybrid after training/contract period. It is based on proven performance. 
• Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm 
• Target Start Date: ASAP!
