Quality Compliance Coordinator
Location: Pacheco, CA
Pay Rate: $25–$32 per hour
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Compliance Coordinator to support quality systems and regulatory compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their quality career who has hands‑on experience with complaint handling and quality documentation and is eager to grow in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support quality complaint handling, including intake, documentation, and follow‑up
Assist with change control and Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) processing
Maintain and control quality documentation in accordance with internal procedures
Ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with quality standards
Work within electronic quality management systems (eQMS) to manage documents and workflows
Partner with cross‑functional teams to support quality and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Regulatory environment
Hands‑on experience with complaint handling, change control, NCRs, and document control
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working with quality systems and databases
Nice to Have
Experience with PolicyTech, MasterControl, or similar eQMS platforms
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
