Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will support customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations to
resolve quality issues and strengthen quality systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer complaints, returns, and 8D corrective actions
Identify root causes and implement solutions with plant teams
Maintain and improve quality systems (ISO/IATF compliance)
Support SPC, process controls, and operator training
Conduct internal audits and LPAs
Assist with PPAPs and quality documentation
Review and disposition non-conforming materials
Maintain FMEA/PFMEA and control plans
Support gage R&R and training initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4+ years in quality
Experience in manufacturing (machining/metals preferred)
Strong GD&T and measurement knowledge
Familiar with ISO/IATF, SPC, and problem-solving tools
Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000
