Real Estate Attorney (Temp?to?Hire)
W2 | $35–$40/hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a boutique law firm to hire a Junior Real Estate Attorney on a W2 contract to hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Illinois attorney early in their career who is seeking hands on experience supporting high volume residential and commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and review residential and commercial real estate documents
Assist with due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, brokers, and clients
Prepare closing documents and support closings from start to finish
Communicate with clients regarding the closing process
Qualifications
Active Illinois Bar license in good standing
One or more years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience
Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (Practice Panther a plus)
Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline driven environment
