We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two closings are exactly alike. If you take pride in keeping transactions moving smoothly and clients happy, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and residential real estate closing files from start to finish.

  • Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Review title searches and identify issues that require resolution.

  • Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and other parties to ensure seamless closings.

  • Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings.

  • Maintain organized files and ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Provide exceptional client service throughout every transaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial and/or residential real estate paralegal experience preferred.

  • Experience managing real estate closings from opening through post-closing.

  • Strong understanding of real estate closing documents and title review.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems is a plus.
