Customer Service & Support
Looking for a front office professional to oversee receptionist duties. The goal of this professional is to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Greet clients
• Answering phones, transfer calls, take messages
• Scheduling clients
• Escorting clients through office
Skills/Experience:
• 3-5 years in customer service or receptionist roles
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willing to learn
Requirements of the Receptionist
• High school diploma or relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to learn and use office equipment
Work type: Full time, M-F 8a-5p, Onsite
Compensation: $20-22/hr
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
