LHH is partnering with a reputable and growing organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to hire a professional and customer-focused Receptionist. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to be the first point of contact for a busy office while supporting daily administrative operations in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage voicemail messages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks and special projects as needed
- Maintain confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
