Pay: $60,000–$65,000 annually
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday
Work Environment: 100% onsite
This position is being recruited on behalf of LHH Recruitment Solutions.
Our client in Kenwood, Ohio is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team in a contract-to-hire capacity for an upcoming role. This role will support full-cycle recruiting in a professional office environment and requires strong sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various professional roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Post job openings and maintain applicant tracking systems
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Provide consistent communication and follow-up with candidates
• Assist with onboarding and hiring documentation as needed
• Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a professional office setting
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions at once
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Kenwood, OH
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
