LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to hire a highly experienced Temporary Professional-Level Recruiter for a short-term contract assignment. This role will provide recruiting support during a scheduled leave of absence and requires a recruiter who can step in quickly and work independently.

This is an 8–10 week contract opportunity paying $35–$40 per hour. The position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Job Summary

The Temporary Professional-Level Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of salaried professional roles across corporate and manufacturing environments. This individual must be comfortable managing multiple requisitions with minimal direction in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried professional roles, which may include buyer/planners, process engineers, creative designers, corporate office roles, and manufacturing supervisors or managers

  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines

  • Maintain job postings, applicant flow, and candidate activity in the ADP Recruiting Module or a similar applicant tracking system

  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, feedback, and offer process support

  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Manage multiple priorities independently and meet recruiting deadlines

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at the professional level (corporate, agency, or blended)

  • Proven ability to independently manage a full requisition workload

  • Experience recruiting across multiple job families, including technical, creative, corporate, and salaried manufacturing roles

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines

  • Experience using ADP Recruiting Module required, or comparable ATS experience with the ability to ramp up quickly

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
