Manufacturing Recruiter
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Salary: $65,000-$72,000 per year
Schedule: Fully Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for a manufacturing facility in Goldsboro, NC. This position will focus primarily on recruiting hourly manufacturing, production, skilled trades, technical, and plant-based talent.
Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and pre-employment coordination
• Willing to train on manufacturing floor to learn positions before recruiting starts.
• Source and screen candidates for hourly manufacturing positions
• Coordinate interviews, plant tours, offers, and new-hire activities
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Post openings and maintain candidate activity within the ATS
• Develop candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding
• Maintain and update job descriptions
• Track recruiting activity and provide staffing reports
• Support HR and recruiting projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, production, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with ATS and candidate sourcing platforms
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and changing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Work Requirements

• Fully onsite in Goldsboro, NC
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant environment and training on each position before recruiting begins. 
• Limited local travel for recruiting events may be required

Compensation: $65,000-$72,000 annually
