LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with education-focused organization in Scottsdale, is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and helping connect talented individuals with meaningful careers.
This position is fully onsite during the training period, with some hybrid flexibility available once training is successfully completed.
Compensation
- Up to $72,000 annually, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of openings across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms and social media channels
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure recruiting data accuracy
- Extend offers and coordinate pre-employment activities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience managing high-volume hiring environments
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for education, training, or service-based organizations
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting
