About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, people?focused Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire top talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and create an exceptional experience for every candidate you engage with. What You’ll Do
- Manage full?cycle recruiting across multiple role types.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and keep the process running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Represent the organization in a positive, professional, people?first manner.
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
- Strong communication and relationship?building skills.
- Ability to balance multiple searches and priorities with ease.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- A proactive, solution?oriented approach to hiring.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high?volume or specialized recruiting.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Background in fast?paced or growth?oriented environments.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
