LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter in St. Louis, MO for a Hybrid/Primarily Remote position in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for full?cycle recruiting within a fast?paced staffing agency environment. This role partners closely with clients to understand hiring needs, sources and evaluates qualified candidates, manages interview processes, and drives successful placements across contract, contract?to?hire, and direct?hire engagements. The ideal recruiter is consultative, results?driven, and thrives in a high?volume, relationship?focused environment.

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annual base salary. Commissions in addition to base.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple open requisitions
- Partner with clients to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Source candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments
- Prepare and present qualified candidate summaries to clients
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Deliver candidate feedback and manage offer negotiation processes
- Maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidate pipelines
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS/CRM
- Meet or exceed individual recruiting and placement performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter within a staffing or recruiting agency preferred, but not required
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a deadline?driven environment
- Excellent communication, relationship?building, and time?management skills
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and recruiting goals
- Experience recruiting within specialized verticals (IT, Accounting & Finance, HR, Legal, etc.)
- Exposure to client?facing or consultative recruiting models
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms
- Proven success meeting placement or production goals
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
