We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader in the Winston Salem area who loves recruiting, builds strong teams, and thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership—and is ideal for someone who sees Corporate Recruiting as a craft, not a stepping stone.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, technical, salaried, and leadership roles
Partner with operations and finance on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
Coach and develop a team of recruiters while staying actively involved in requisitions
Design and improve recruiting processes, workflows, and interview practices
Own recruiting metrics, reporting, and ATS optimization
Manage recruiting budget, agencies, and sourcing partners
Build sustainable talent pipelines and represent the company at hiring events and in the community
Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading or managing in-house recruiting teams
Strong background in manufacturing or high-volume recruiting
Track record of building recruiting processes—not just filling roles
Experience with workforce planning, recruiting analytics, and KPIs
Budget ownership and vendor management experience
Knowledge of multi-state employment compliance
Comfortable recruiting hourly, salaried, and leadership roles
Degree preferred, not required

Work Environment
On-site presence required (4 days/week) in Winston Salem location

Flexible schedule within standard business hours
Compensation for this position is salary up to $115K + bonus and comprehensive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD/life, generous PTO, and 401K match.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
