Renewable Energy Support Specialist

9–12 Month Contract

We’re hiring a Renewable Energy Support Specialist to support renewable energy programs by processing solar and renewable energy applications and assisting customers and installers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process renewable and net meter applications (solar/battery storage)

  • Respond to customer and solar installer inquiries via email

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal energy teams

  • Use web-based platforms (EECP) and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

  • Spend most of the day working on applications and email support

Requirements:

  • Some renewable energy experience (solar preferred)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Outlook & Excel

  • Ability to learn EECP

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, application-processing role

Preferred:

  • Prior EECP (Energy Efficiency Collaboration Platform) experience



Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
