Roadshow & Executive Coordinator

Private Capital Advisory | New York City

A private capital advisory platform is seeking a Roadshow & Executive Coordinator. This role will lead the coordination and execution of fundraising roadshows and provide executive-level administrative support as needed.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing position ideal for someone with experience in institutional fundraising who understands the pace, urgency, and discretion required in this environment. The ability to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and exercise sound judgment is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international GP fundraising roadshows

  • Manage LP meeting scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Liaise with LP offices, GP clients, and internal deal teams

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (DealCloud or equivalent)

  • Track meeting confirmations and follow‑ups

  • Manage travel logistics, including air, hotel, and ground transportation

  • Prepare detailed roadshow itineraries

  • Coordinate conference participation and investor events

  • Provide calendar management and administrative support for senior deal teams

  • Handle expense reporting, travel booking, and logistics support

  • Coordinate internal meetings and prepare materials

  • Support ad hoc projects as needed


Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience within a placement agent, private equity firm, investment bank, or alternative asset manager

  • Direct experience coordinating institutional fundraising roadshows

  • Familiarity with the LP ecosystem (e.g., pensions, endowments, consultants, family offices)

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (DealCloud strongly preferred)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and accuracy

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
